One of the fastest and simplest desserts that works by the interaction between peanut butter and double cream. I chose a low calorie sweetener because it dissolves very quickly. It also means that due to the peanut being a complex carbohydrate, this dessert may be compatible with a low carb diet.
I accidentally discovered this dessert while experimenting with making a low carb dessert. I didn't expect the cream and peanut butter to solidify nearly instantly when mixed.

How to make an instant sweet creamy peanut dessert. Take double cream, add some into a bowl, add a little spot of powdered sweetener. The powdered sweetener is preferred as opposed to Sugar because it dissolves easier and a dollop of peanut butter. Stir the two together and very quickly it will set into a very thick creamy dessert.

The tricky bit is you have to stop before it goes too thick because if it goes too thick, it ends up more like butter. You can see it thickening up already. The cream was straight from the fridge. No need to bring it to room temperature.

We're almost there. And there we have it. there is your sweet, creamy, thick peanut butter dessert. Tastes great!.

Thank you, clive. I'll give this a try. It looks really good. If you wanted to use sugar, maybe powdered sugar would work well.
