If you were thinking of getting one of these common eBay plug-in fuel savers for your vehicle, then save your money. They're not just a scam, but this one adds a significant 20mA extra current draw to your vehicle at all times.

I’m surprised these people haven’t come up with a way to conduct those pop up auctions that used to appear on the high street back in the day, where they’d show you all the good stuff and then fill the buyers’ bag with crap. I used to enjoy standing there listening to the sales pitch wondering how all these people around me could fall for this stuff.
If that thing actually did what it advertised it would be even more of a scam. Engines are not cheap to replace and a bad ECU tune will certainly net you a blown engine.
The flashing light is the reminder to refill the blinker fluid 😉
They won't save you any money on gas, but a lot of them will do a fine job of killing your battery if left plugged in all the time.
Aw, and I was just about to lay $200 AUD down for one ….. they said the more you drive, the less fuel you use.
These things should be banned and the people making and/or importing them jailed.
It works in a Tesla.
literally saw an ad for it the other day lol
Only reason it's not working is because you forgot to add the crystals.
I love the scam busting on fake products
It's missing the magnets – that's why it don't work…
Those two transistors made the LED flash 😂😂😂😂😂
Is it flashing? yes, no yes, no yes, no.
Does it make a great Christmas tree decoration? That's the question. You need to make a video on that.
I bought 5 of them. Not because there fake. I just needed the housing and connector for the OBD2 connection. The rest to me is jump. I'm working on my own reading the car.
