This is another random item I added to an ebay purchase. One of the most intriguing features was its ability to use standard camping gas type fuel tanks.

oh yeah, this is 100% dodgy……
Inverting a camping gas can lets the liquid gas come out. Which is fun.
What could possibly go wrong! 😂😂👍
errm, flame really near to your beard..
Glad the beard is still intact…
They are not safe and should not be imported to the uk as they are not kitemarked for British Safety in China nobody cares.
clive your beard is a fire risk it needs to be risk assessed…..better be safe we don't want a notre clive
If you showed that to that ELECTROBOOM guy…wait don't. He has enough problems w/electricity by itself! : ))
Are propane/Mapp gas bottles more expensive or harder to come by? Is bernzOmatic a thing in the UK?
Woofs ! The one tank at 0.24 that looks like the new style R 134 refrigerant cans with the new EPA required valve Which to me is just another green nut pain in the ass thing here in the US ! you waste a lot of gas with that style thru leaks while attaching your charging hose !
You better stick with electronics. Otherwise, your going to hurt yourself.
You broke it.
It’s a shame they didn’t include a Bunsen burner style sleeve with a hole in the pipe to change the flame to blue.
Bought one for disinfecting beehives, ty
for once i glad you can't take it apart so easily , especially when dealing with high explosive gas , only practical use is for camping grills and barbecues
Hi Clive, i see you were using the camping gas cylinder which i think is straight butane, Maybe you would get a more usable flame if you got hold of a 70/30 mix as i think it would need a better pressure from a drop of propane for higher head pressure.
There is an L shaped pick up tube inside the canister pointing toward the notch, so it's designed to operate horizontally with notch up to ensure only gas comes out.
