Having already looked at the MP3 player version that falsely also described itself as a DMX compatible unit, I thought it would be good to take a look at an actual DMX version. Note that the lensed dome is missing because I had to pack this light in my luggage and ditched it to save space since I was only really interested in the electronics.

Quick question. I want one of these that only shines green. Most it would seem always have green and a purple together or some combination. If i bought one and unsoldered the other LEDS other than the green one would it still work? many thanks.

Have you seen those cheap laser gobo lights? The red laser in the middle seems to be a very bright / blinding fixed dot.

Im quite sure the builtin fuse is just not connected because it came with the UK plug and most likely would have been connected outside of the UK.
Moving cables inside? Dont you think that they will break because of the motion?

I bet the PCB fab had the power supply boards in the wrong way around while drilling, and they just flipped it around and drilled again… 😃
