This fairly expensive unit is designed to monitor ambient ozone levels and sound an alarm and vibrate if they exceed a preset threshold. I'd guess it is intended for factories where ozone is used in processing.
Inside is a fairly standard sensor, possibly based on tin oxide technology, that changes resistance according to ozone level. The case has clearly been repurposed from one designed for up to four separate round sensors. That means the sensor is mounted well inside which slows down the units response significantly unless a flow of air is directed at it.
This unit came from eBay. I was hoping it would have greater sensitivity and resolution at the lower levels for ambient testing, but it seems more suited to detecting higher levels.

I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS STUFF NOTHING YET I STAYDED AND WATCHED YOU TALK TRYING TO LEARN LOL I LOVE HOW YOU LOVE THE STUFF YOU Talk ABOUT.
I bought a ozone machine so I can clean out my room the air in there and dust mites what ozone tester do you recommend for someone who needs to keep it simple to test the safe level to re inter a room, so I won't kill myself.

I have one of the original units that case mold was made for! The sensors are for explosive gas, O2, CO, and H2S.

Why does this thing exist? A wearable O3 monitor. Is there some environment where O3 is a health hazard other then Clive's abode when he turns on all the ionizers and UVA lamps at once?
Genuine question from ignorance- why would anyone need a wearable ozone meter?

Clive followed the white rabbit way down the hole on UVC/Ozone!

O2 sensors are equally painful. Hydrogen Sulfide/Sulfer Dioxide will destroy most except Zirconium Dioxide sensors. Used to handle the byproduct from desulfurization of diesel fuel. I specified such a beast for a thermal oxidizer for IOC in northern India.

Why does it have an additional battery 3.3V lithium battery?
