A fake Samsung charger from eBay, with a steel weight inside to make it feel "better quality".
I strongly recommend buying USB power supplies from reputable companies with a reputation to protect. At the moment I regard IKEA USB chargers as some of the safest.

It's a Samsung power supply. A fake Samsung power supply. And to make it feel more convincing, they've included a slab of Steel inside that literally doubles the weight.
Honestly sometimes having added weight is nice for these things. I hate when they weigh nothing and just flop around.
Not Samsung, Scamsung. Different manufacturer.
Love the safety markโฆ ๐คฃ
I have seen one with weights that has the iron "FE" symbol stamped alongside the number 10, which is just it's weight in gram just like in gold bars. For a second I thought I got a treasure only to realize that it's an FE

I'm really happy this videos up hopefully it will save lives. This charger actually starts melting itself when left on for a while fast charging at its max 5v. Wish i could post its ebay link hear.

Hysteresis block. Acts like a cyclotron to synchronize the RF oscillators that excite the transformer cores.
