Express Review of the Ikea smallhagal USB Power supply with a single output 5 volt one amp design for powering small devices like lights. Massive electrical separation where this plastic fingers right through the circuit board provides separation. The other side has thick wires, it has more insulation, and a plastic plate that goes down the back of this USB socket which also has a central anchoring pin as well as the side ones. The incoming supply has a fuse, the other side has a in-rush limiting thermistor which is extraordinary in a small power supply like this.
Lots of filtering, good electrical separation, and a polymer output capacitor. In short, it's a very good power supply. You can find the full video link pinned at the top of the comments.

That thumbnail photo was trippy it looked like that was the actual size I was like what kinda usb port Is that then I realized you took a photo of the circuit board layout and blew the image up.
