At less than £4 this seemed suspiciously cheap for a moving flame LED candle. It turns out that they had applied adhesive labels directly to a spray painted wax finish without thinking it through first. Good source of a cheap flame mechanism though.

Be quicker just to grab some spray paint and repaint the whole thing!
Maybe a bit of heat from a hot air gun might solve the problem, hehe!
More seriously, I think abrasion would work best, with a sugar soap final clean!
Except shoes, shoes have a good adhesion with wax ;p
Melt the wax down and use it for casting things… 😛

Where I live them candles would end up as a blob under the electronics in Summer.
So, they had a real candle but made it look less like a real candle? Weird! But then, again at least it looks like a candle instead of a plastic tube.
Wipe it with acetone maybe might remove the paint easily.
Why does something like this even exist
