    It's difficult to be sure from the video but it doesn't look like there's enough clearance on the PCB etc between the mains and metal body side – and that's assuming the transformer insulation is as good as it should be.

    I had something very similar in Estonia in 2013 under different brand name I took apart for bike headlamp project that I later turned to E27 12V bulb for my own made cabin instead. The stock power supply on mine didn't had a fuse so when it goes sideways, it goes out with a loud bang depending how much current is available for short circuit.
