That's awesome. I watch your channel for the technical info, and the general cheeriness that you exhibit. The fact that you are willing to help someone find a lost relative is truly heartwarming. Since seeing the Konstsmide firefly light on this video last year I've been wanting a set but they were out of stock over Christmas 2017~2018 and I just forgot about them until a week ago…
So I finally bought a 240 LED set of the Konstsmide firefly lights from Amazon and some of the LEDs were dead out of the box 🙁
So I ordered a replacement set and again some LEDs were dead out of the box 🙁
Coincidentally my daughter also ordered a 240 LED set for herself and like mine some LEDs were dead out of the box!
These aren’t what I would call cheap lights and you’d have expected them to have been fully tested before being boxed up and shipped out.
Having a duff LED in a string of lights is quite unusual now days, but several duff on 3 different sets!
Very disappointing I always considered Konstsmide a quality brand… now to be avoided 🙁
Hmmm… This is like Dollarama, Dollartree, Poundworld, Poundland.
Halloween is barely over, and already we are on to Christmas lights.
Or am I a year out of date.
