Advocaat is very popular here in Poland, so I might try to refrigerate it (gas solubility in liquids increases as temperature decreases) and then carbonate it with a soda siphon. Surprisingly, they're still around – and I thought they were relicts of a bygone era… They were popular in the People's Republic of Poland and almost disappeared in the '90s when you could buy bottled sparkling water.
