Another crucial scientific experiment in the non-approved beverage carbonation series.
The individual depicted on the bottle's label is Harvey Milk, a San Francisco city supervisor.

Vodka Beer!
Carbonation tends to impart a salty quality to any liquid's flavor. I can imagine that carbonated vodka had a kind of salty flavor along with the vodka flavor. This is why we tend to sweeten carbonated beverages… to overcome the salty quality imparted by the CO2.
Any liquid which is generally mostly water, which Vodka has 60%, would likely carbonate pretty well. What doesn't carbonate well are things that tend to heavily foam up, which is why it's better to mix these in after carbonating the water to avoid the mess.
I've had a SodaStream for years and years. It's one of the older models back when it was still called Soda Club, before the name change. I've carbonated lots of drinks over the years and have learned from experience what makes a mess and what doesn't. It kinda gets old having to clean out the device.
Reminds me of the vodka beer from family guy
Would it be possible to use something like everclear?
Does it hit different?
😀
love the thumb shot
i love the way you talk. you should do voice overs for national geography or so 😀
carbonating vodka
"interesting story, terrible end"
🤭
Mililiters makes drinking sound mouch more scientific
The fizzy sounds you pick up are delightful. What a great video series you came up with, stay safe Big Clive
Interesting science 👏👏👏
@bigclivedotcom can you put vodka through a Brita filter and tell us what the results are in terms of maintaining alcohol content and smoothness of the vodka?
As a testament to the fact that nothing is new under the Sun…
I just did this with my Seltzer bottle and CO2 cartridges.
And came here to see if anybody else has ever done it ❤️
Family Guy brought me here.
