There's been a bit of a tradition of Poundland power banks not quite meeting their capacity specs, but this one does hit the 4Ah mark.
The main features are USB-C charging at around 2A, a decent 2.5A output capability and the ability to put out 5V while also being charged to allow UPS (uninterruptible power supply) style functionality.
The circuit board has a standard power bank chip and also a combined control/MOSFET battery protection chip.
At £5 it's worth buying the unit for the bare lithium cell, but note that it's a standard type and not the high current type suited to drones and other high current applications.

How long can you run an ozone generator with that? Long enough to kill ones self?

4000 mAh is a small powerbank, and probably was at the time of review. Many phones now have a 5000 mAh battery, so allowing for losses, it wouldn't do a lot!
But as usual and excellent review and enjoyed the circuit analysis.

I’ve had one of these for a while. I used it for a day to power a heated jacket and now it’s done a whoopsie and is no longer working. No lights on the button and the IP5306 gets very hot when charging. I could buy another but it’s more fun trying to find out what’s up with it. Are we a sad lot?

2 ideas that are better than using rubbing alcohol to dissolve glue. 1st one is WD-40 it is amazing how well w-40 can penetrate and get under the glue so it just slide right off! The 2nd one is a cleaning product sold in America called Fantastic it does the same thing but it just takes a little more time for it to penetrate.

I always feel that a power bank that says 4000mAH on it ought be to able to supply 4000mAH at the 5V output rather than just at whatever cell or battery is in it.

4000mah – PAH – Pester me not with trifles!
    I can now buy a credit card sized 5000000mAh power bank on eBay. That's 5KAh ! ! !
(How far can this 'add a zero' one-upmanship advertising go? Only time will tell :¬)

Removing these glued LiPo batteries feels like defusing a bomb. If these batteries have not been discharged first, it becomes even more realistic. 🤣
(That was a joke, by the way. ALWAYS discharge first!).

Clive, I'd like to offer a full and frank apology for what happened, i never knew, honestly!

I find the feature of charging whilst a load is connected great. Does somebody have a list with devices capable of this?

To help remove lithium batteries I use a cut up credit card, I put a slight 'chisel' profile on the edge, with a slight curve…it seems to go under batteries without risk of puncture, or deforming the battery…
