So Juan and Kevin brought some spicy noodles over for me to try. Very spicy noodles. And they KNEW that I can't handle spicy foods...

Got this randomly recommended, good job Clive.
Clive, I am currently enjoying the dubious pleasure that is self-isolation, which has given me the chance to watch a LOT of your videos – It's a good job there's so many! I absolutely love all of your stuff, especially your Alzheimer's discussion, which helped me a great deal – thank you so much for that… But this… This brightened up the end of a long day quite superbly! I laughed my f**** arse off! The initial reaction… then that hiccup ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Thanks for the Laughs!
I was about to bring you some of these to the Edinburgh meetup… You guy's beat me to it….
I like having them for dinner. Quite tasty.
Be classy , not using chopsticks for ramen… FFS
I love these noodles as they are the only ones spicy enough, but they are expensive here, $16 for a pack of 5, where normal noodles are $3 for 5. and few stores have them. not suitable for softies who cant handle their heat unless its for a prank, then its funny as hell as seen above lol
Hilarious!
Lol spicy hiccuos
This vid had me in tears…
Now I really want to try these
This is actually one of my favourite spicy ramen.
Dude on the right needs to chew his food. No pleasure in doing a quick swallow!
Tried these today, actually way more pleasant than I anticipated. Amazing taste, just a little bit too spicy for me.
I tried the 1x version of these (SamYang "fire" chicken noodles) today. Didn't have any problem eating them (and probably wouldn't have any problem with the 2x / "nuclear"; I'm used to very hot curries), but I did find the heat got in the way of the chicken flavour a bit. I expect it will be even worse with the 2x, so I'm not surprised Clive couldn't taste any chicken.
I often add other ingredients to ramen (like actual chicken, mushrooms, bamboo, algae, etc.), so with extra stuff maybe the 2x would work.
One interesting thing I noticed was that I didn't feel any heat in my throat or gums, only on my lips and tongue.
I just tried some "Nongshim Big Bowl Shin Noodle" wow. Rocket Fuel
