I bought this pump hoping it was going to be a piezoelectric one, but then had my doubts. It turns out to be very interesting indeed, because it's not what I was expecting.

That little plug has got to be a check valve
Clive, this is one of your timeless videos. At one point I even thought you may get the jack hammer out on the device. Still you never dissapoint!
Amazing, thanks.
Loved your X-ray tool and vase of knowledge 😄
A complete waste of time!
I love the X-ray machine. If you hook the peeezo wires up to your stereo it will pump air in time to the the music
I have one of these that bubbles air into the coolant tank of my CNC to keep the anaerobic bacteria at bay. It has been running continuously for about 5-years. The first time I heard someone say “piezo” they pronounced it “pee-zo” and that’s how I’ve pronounced it that way ever since. I was maybe 12 years old at the time. The proper “pee-eh-zoh” pronunciation has always seemed like an unnecessary syllable.
I wonder if you could add a speed control to this…
Genuinely I never thought I would hear the term 'piss flaps' used by anyone other than a high school pupil or 'viz'
