They used to sell cheese fudge at the Safeway…they called it, "chudge". There was so much extra sugar, the cheese was barely noticeable.

Blue cheese and dark chocolate is a well known taste combination. It's absolutely stunning. There are good scientific reasons why it works. A Google search should bring them up for you.
Clive… Here in NI we eat chocolate and Tayto cheese and onion crisps together at the same time. You gotta try that if you like cheesy chocolate lol
